Pilates

Recently, I read about pilates. Well, Pilates is a trending topic indeed. Because it is good to develop body strength. And actually, it has been used for dancers a long long time ago as their exercise. So guys, if the dancers did it, that means we know for sure that pilates can reinforce the muscles and increase flexibility. And if you have problem with your spinal, I will introduce you to your new friend, PILATES.
Well yeah, at first when I heard about pilates, I did not really interested on it. Slowly pilates is uproar- ing Indonesia. So, after yoga people are crazy about pilates. It goes same to me now. I have free time and I really want to join pilates class. Sadly, there is none at my hometown, Medan. Hiks. Yes, the dvd is everywhere and we can easily buy it but it is not the same without a trainer.

Someone know where is pilates studio around Medan?
